When we started Velocity in 2016, it was because the market and companies were missing how to navigate and ensure their leaders were successful. All of us at Velocity came from running large companies where year after year we saw bad training courses, lack of skills to help managers become leaders, and so with a collective 45 years of leadership as a team, we decided to help and create a company that understands real life examples of management and help managers now become leaders.
